A garden office is only as good as its electrical installation. We design and fit the complete electrical supply and fit-out for garden rooms, studios, annexes, and outbuildings - from the supply cable to the last socket - so you can work comfortably and safely from day one.

The most important element to get right is the supply: a properly sized and protected sub-circuit run from the main house distribution board using armoured cable suitable for the distance and load. We assess your existing consumer unit capacity, specify the correct cable and RCD protection, and carry out the full installation including weatherproof connection into the outbuilding and a dedicated internal distribution board with its own protection.

Inside the structure, we install everything you need: double or quad sockets at desk and equipment positions, USB charging outlets, LED lighting with switching to suit the layout, external security lighting, data cabling where required, and electric heating circuits if specified. Every element is planned and agreed before work starts, so there are no surprises during the build.
