Travelling to me in South London from North London he performed a long day's work on my 'quirky' set up with good humour and polite, articulate explanations / consultation during the install. It was dark by the time he started his long drive home yet he had emailed me the Electrical Installation Certificate before I was out of bed next day! This very likeable man very clearly knows his stuff yet is humble about it and I should add meticulous about clearing the drilling debris required by the job as he went along (and I mean hoovering AS he drilled!)
